Recko is the product of it's two directors, Kader Broman and Sam Dickason. With distinct and varied experience through Kader's extensive work in the Brisbane nightclub environment as well as Sam's international experience in dangerous environments, Recko bring a huge amount of experience to the Brisbane security environment.

Their clear vision addresses one of many security companies biggest oversights, the ability of effective security staff to value-add to a business. With a unique mindset of security services' ability to foster the ideal clientele, manage the regularly under-analysed Brisbane social dynamic and create real improvements to turnover and safety, Recko does provide Brisbane's best security services.

Kader Broman

Kader Broman started his security career whilst at university studying fulltime, and has a full 8 years of security experience. He has worked in a variety of venues, crowds and has been on several international tours. For the last three years his security company has run one of Brisbane's premiere entertainment venues along with a number of other well known establishments. He has an excellent understanding of Brisbane's security industry and also recognises the important of customer service amongst patrons.

Sam Dickason

Sam dickason began his career in security working at many of Brisbane's premier entertainment venues. Upon completion of his Bachelor of Arts (Double Major in Security and Counter-terrorism and Political Science). Sam then took on a role as South East Asian regional manager for Eastern Star International, one of the worlds most recognised security companies.

His primary role was as the security manager for the English Cricket Academy. As well he has provided security services for the Petronas Formula One team, Carlos Moya and Nikolay Davydenko. Sam was also the director of security for the Chennai Tennis Open. Over the past 5 years Sam has completed 30 international tour with English
cricket traveling to destinations such as India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and South africa, England, Ireland and the
United Arab Emirates.
